Of course, we will fully introduce you into the operation of your machine and also provide you with our regular maintenance service after your purchase. If necessary, we also provide you with a repair service – your advantage: we have all spare parts for every machine generation in stock. When buying a LUNA soft ice cream machine, we will take care of disposing your used one professionally in accordance with WEEE guidelines.
Rental/Use without rental
You have a highly frequented location but you prefer not to purchase a LUNA ice cream machine or a slush ice machine? Simply rent it – the rental model makes it possible! Exclusively for selected key accounts, we also offer use without rental. Everything is included in the price – from the installation of the machine via commissioning and the instruction of your staff to our maintenance service. If required, this also includes advertising material or sales stands of our brand LunaMil individually tailored to your concept.
A minimum purchasing quantity of our ice cream mix and accessories such as wafer cones, toppings or sauces is obligatory for this utilization concept. By means of our location analysis, we will find out together whether the rental model suits you.
