The soft ice cream machine was the best purchase decision we made for our Regiomarkt24. The machine is very expensive, but worth every cent. The customer service is exemplary, because you don’t have to work your way through a hotline only to end up being disconnected. Many things can be fixed or improved by remote maintenance and tips given on the telephone.
