We forgo palm oil in our soft ice cream mix to conserve precious resources and continuously refine our machine technology to lower energy consumption. Moreover, a key supplier for LUMEN and producer of CO₂ has joined the SBTi initiative (Science Based Targets initiative – an association that promotes science-based climate targets for companies). By sourcing from this supplier, LUMEN will take another significant step towards sustainability. This holistic approach is reflected in our daily operations and creates genuine added value for our customers and business partners: After all, a company committed to sustainability is increasingly becoming a decisive criterion in the supply chain.
